My Project
Objective: An Advertisement or Trailer for a new Action/Fantasy cartoon series.
Demographic: Late teens to early adults, roughly 18 to 30. Mostly a fantasy based demographic, Myth and Magic types.
Delivery: Web and or T.V.
How: A knock your socks off action series with lots of Myth and Magic. Some comic relief strategically
placed of course, but mostly action and suspense. Edge of your seat kind of stuff. Good guys, and villans are a must (or one super evil villan, one sorcerer, and two or three heroes.) The super villan is a king that forcfully took the throne and rules over the kingdom with a fist of fear, and he commands his sorcerer to enchant his armor with the ability to control each dragon type in the world. The villan is obsessed with power and wants to use such power to control the people of the land. The sorcerer of course does not want to create such power for the king but does so in fear of his life. But the sorcerer has a trick up his sleve, he has three apprentices that he gives the power over three dragons the king does not know about, in order to level the playing field so to speak. The three apprentices turn out to be the heirs to the true king, and with there new found power try to take back what is rightfully thiers. I want to create a real staple for my reel with this one.
Plan: Use flash to animate, some photoshop for the backgrounds. Sort of a dark setting, with dark and neutral colors, with bright emphasized components(such as magic and other related elements.)
Pitch: In a world of chaos, one lone sorcerer atempts to create order, but in doing so sets forth a series of events beyond even his control.

Cory... I like it. I would add just a little more about emotional connection with your audience. Putting us on the edge of our seats is a good start.. but what about character relationships that might invlove Romance? Sadness? Suspicion? Obsession? Etc.
